BEACH: Tai Long Wan
WHERE: Set in Southern China’s east-coast of the Sai Kung Peninsula, Hong Kong. Flanked by rugged headlands and some impressive hills.
WHY: Head here with clued-up Hong Kongers – basking on these year-round sunny stretches is just what our overworked bodies need. The jungle-clad backdrop with stunning views of the South China Sea makes it a slice of serenity in the much-loved manic megalopolis. If your idea of kicking back and relaxing is atop a board – paddle out with the bodyboarders. We, however, would rather flop back on the golden grains.
