Thank you for visiting www.beachtomato.com. This site is owned and operated by Black Tomato Limited trading as Beach Tomato, of 4-14 Tabernacle Street, London EC2A 4LU (referred to in this policy as “Beach Tomato” “we,” “our,” and “us”). Beach Tomato is the data controller for the purpose of the Data Protection Act 1998 (the “Act”).
This site provides a wide range of information, but, like many web sites, we also collect information from our visitors, which may include personally identifiable information (e.g. your full name, e-mail address and phone number) as well as non-personally identifiable information (e.g., aggregate statistics about what parts of our site are most popular). This privacy policy is designed to tell you about what kinds of information we collect from visitors; how we collect such information; how we use information we collect; with whom we share information we collect; how you can access information we collect from you; and what kinds of security we use to protect information you provide.

If the terms of the policy are not acceptable to you, please do not submit any personally identifiable information via this site.

If you make a booking for a beach holiday, your contract will be with Hays Travel Limited trading as Black Tomato and the privacy policy and the terms and conditions of Black Tomato will apply.

Passive information collection refers to instances in which we collect information from you that you have not actively provided (please see the next section of this policy for a summary of our passive information collection practices).
